The 2024-2025 Scholarship Application is due by 11:59 PM on Friday, April 12, 2024.
Letters of recommendation, proof of extracurricular activities, and/or any other forms of additional documentation may be required if you are selected as an anticipated recipient for a scholarship. You will be notified via email and requested to submit the additional documentation.
All applicants will be notified of their selection status by Friday, April 26, 2024.
You will be required to provide a thank you letter and attend and any other scholarship-related events if you are selected for a scholarship. Participants will receive a formal invitation requesting your attendance.
You must submit your essay to the writing lab for review by a tutor before submission to the scholarship committee

By completing this section, I understand that this application does not guarantee receipt of a scholarship or award. The Scholarship Committee will match me with the scholarship for which I am most qualified. I authorize the Scholarship Committee to have access to all relevant information in my various HSSU files. I understand that if selected for a particular scholarship, I may receive less than the amount listed if I also accept other financial aid awards or scholarships that are considered need-based.

I understand that I must complete the 2024-2025 FAFSA (except international students), as well as this scholarship application, by April 12, 2024 at 11:59 PM. I further understand that scholarships and awards cannot be applied to prior balances, and I will forfeit, for any term not yet begun, any scholarship and awards earned as a result of this application if I have any outstanding financial obligations to the University or if my academic progress status becomes unsatisfactory.
