*  Obtained a Masters of Science Degree in Taxation which according to 
    the standards of the AACSB qualifies me as an academically qualifed
    faculty member;
*  Over fifteen years of experience in Public Accounting;
*  Three years experience in legal services to include: Tax Law,   
    Claims, Administrative Law and Legal Assistance;
*  Served as Co-Chair of both the regional and national accrediting
    committee for business department and elected President of the Faculty 
    Senate.

Lectured at various local univerisities on the following Accounting subjects: 

Principles of Accounting I & II;
Intermediate Accounting I & II;
Auditing;
Federal Income Tax I & II;
Case Studies in Accounting.
