Bio: Dr. Robert Kamkwalala is the Chair of  Business Administration Department  and Associate Professor of Finance & Business Administration at Harris - Stowe State University. Dr. Kamkwalala received his Doctorate degree in Management and his Master's degree in Finance from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Kamkwalala is also an alumnus of Harris - Stowe State University where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with honors. His academic and research interests include: Organizational effectiveness, Organizational behavior and Organizational development. In his free time, Professor Kamkwalala spends time with his children Rabecca and Robert Kamkwalala, Jr.
