Professor of Sociology in the Urban Specializations Program;

One year appointment (2005-2006) as Assistant to the Chief Academic Officer;

Chaired the Depatment of Urban Education;

Participated in the on-going design of the Urban Education Program expansion;

Participated in the development of a Faculty Evaluation instrument;

Participated in the design of the Urban Education Program;

Chaired the Evaluation Committee in the development of a proposal for integrating faculty evaluations with the institutional goals;

Participated in the design and implementation of a college-wide curriculum review process;

Member of the Rank and Tenure Committee;
