The Weekly Hornet Buzz delivers campus activity information to student, faculty and staff inboxes each Friday during the academic year.
Before printing any public materials, i.e. flyers, posters, banners, brochures, pamphlets or letters of solicitation for in-kind or monetary donations, HSSU faculty, staff and student organizations must have content reviewed by the Office of Institutional Advancement.
Please email public material, including content for the Weekly Hornet Buzz to Communications@hssu.edu at least five (5) business days prior to the desired date of posting.
If edits are necessary, the revised version must be submitted to gain final approval. Please submit final flyers in a jpeg format for inclusion in the Weekly Buzz.
Campus organizations will need to also obtain approval from the Director of Student Engagement to post flyers on campus boards and/or distribute materials on campus.
Posted flyers must bear the Office of Student Engagement stamp or will be removed. Campus organizations are responsible for removing flyers from campus boards after the event date.
