MYHSSU/ELEARNING ISSUES/RESOLUTIONS

ISSUE: I want to view my courses, how do I access them?
RESOLUTION:  You can access your courses by logging into MYHSSU and clicking on the My Courses link.  A quick-start guide is available  under the Student tab in MYHSSU.   


EMAIL

ISSUE: I see that I have an "@hornets.hssu.edu" email address. How do I check my email?
RESOLUTION: The HSSU Department of IT works with Microsoft to provide all students with lifetime email accounts through the University. Before logging into email, students should review the Account Activation instructions at www.hssu.edu/ae/aefiles/3/student_email_instructions-office-365.pdf
