These forms support the financial information you provided on your 2016-2017 FAFSA. If you and/or your parent did not use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) when completing your FAFSA, a tax transcript or Proof of Non-Filing & W2 transcripts are required to be attached with all "Verification" documents. Instructions on obtaining this information and/or updating your FAFSA by using the DRT can be found here.
