Sallie Mae Online Payment System Maintenance Outage Scheduled for May 18
On Saturday, May 18, starting at 11 p.m. (EST), Sallie Mae will be performing system maintenance. During this time enhancements will be made to electronic commerce service. As such, students and staff may not have access to the online billing, payment gateway, 1098-T or refund websites, including eClient.
Service will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours and will resume on Sunday, May 19, at 3 a.m. (ET).
Students visiting the Sallie Mae site during the outage will receive the following message: "This site is currently unavailable due to system maintenance, please check back later. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause and we thank you for your patience."
