MYHSSU/e-Racer ISSUES/RESOLUTIONS
ISSUE: I am unable to locate the Blackboard system I used in a prior semester.
RESOLUTION: Blackboard has been replaced by a product integrated into MYHSSU. This product is called e-Racer. It functions very much like Blackboard and other learning management systems. You can access your courses by logging into MYHSSU and clicking on the My Courses link. A quick-start guide is available under the Student tab in MYHSSU.
ISSUE: I see that I have an "@hornets.hssu.edu" e-mail address. How do I check my e-mail?
RESOLUTION: The HSSU Department of IT works with Microsoft to provide all students with lifetime e-mail accounts through the University. To login to e-mail, students should review the Account Activation instructions at http://www.hssu.edu/ae/aefiles/3/student_email_instructions11408.pdf
