Terry Hardieway, SGA President
Terry is a junior from St. Louis, MO, majoring in Accounting with a minor in Business Finance. This year is Terry’s second term as President of the Student Government Association Executive Board. Previously, Terry served as Executive Board Corresponding Secretary. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., the National Association of Black Accountants, the African-American Male Institute at Harris-Stowe and serves as the president-elect for Collegiate 100.
Taevin Lewis, SGA Vice-President
Taevin is a junior who was born in the delta of Greenwood, MS, but hails from Memphis, TN. Taevin is majoring in Biology/Pre-Medicine with a concentration in Cellular and Molecular Science. She currently has a 3.5 GPA and serves as a Honeycomb Majorette. In the fall of 2015,Taevin was selected to launch the “Know Justice, Know Peace” project at Harris-Stowe as part of the Clinton Global Initiative, which aims to educate youth and young adults on their rights and responsibilities when interacting with those in authority.
Iana Newton, SGA Treasurer
Iana is a sophomore from Kansas City, MO, majoring in Urban Affairs. This is Iana’s first term as Treasure of SGA. Previously, Iana served as President of the Residential Hall Association. She is currently President of the Food Council.
Christian Neil, Senior Class President
Christian is a senior from St Louis, MO, majoring in Educational Studies. The 2010 graduate of Riverview Gardens Sr. High School is an active student volunteer with Students Working Against Trauma. She previously served on the Campus Activity Board and was a Harris-Stowe cheerleader. Her future plans include obtaining a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and opening a youth facility in St. Louis.
Jaemica Logan, Junior Class President
Jaemica is a junior from St. Louis, MO, majoring in Educational Studies with a minor in Psychology. The former “Miss Sophomore 2014-2015” is proud to represent the Junior Class as President. She has been a member of The Honeycombs Majorette Dance Team, as well as a Student Ambassador, since her freshman year. Jaemica is also a peer educator for Students Working Against Trauma and a member of the photography club. She formerly served as a Residential Assistant.
