| The Academic Support Center houses the College Testing Service (CTS) responsible for the administration of placement and other standardized tests. |
| To ensure that no student is placed in a college course for which he or she may not be prepared, each semester CTS administers a battery of placement tests to entering freshmen and transfer students with fewer than 32 semester hours of college credit. |
| Placement Tests Placement tests measure writing, reading and numerical skills and college algebra. Call the Office of Admissions at (314) 340-3300 for testing authorization.
