The Board of Regents of Harris-Stowe State University reserves the right to, at any time, increase credit-hour charges and fees, and otherwise amend current regulations governing these charges as well as the method of payment, and to make such changes effective immediately. The current hourly charges and fees are always printed in the current class schedule.
The registration process begins with the Admissions Office for students who are not currently enrolled and the Academic Advisement Office for continuing students. The registration process should be completed in the following order:
Admissions Office for new or readmitted students.

Academic Advisement Office for continuing students.
Financial Assistance Office for recipients of grants, loans,
scholarships or other types of aid.
or
Cashier’s Office for payments, arrangements or third party.
** Registration is not complete until financial arrangements have been made. Failure to complete may result in administrative withdrawal from courses.**
Public Safety Office to secure an ID card and parking permit. ID cards are required at all times in campus buildings.
Student Activities to register for a locker.
Each current class schedule contains balance information and details concerning charges assessed, aid applied, payments and refunds.
Students who do not meet payment schedules for charges and fees may be administratively withdrawn from the university. The student will be liable for all debts incurred up to the date of withdrawal. Refer to the current class schedule for information about withdrawal/refund policies and deadlines.
