OBTAINING A COPY OF YOUR TRANSCRIPT:
All requests for transcripts must be in writing, as an authentic signature is required. Identification will be verified for all requests. All transcripts are official. Currently enrolled students without holds may access unofficial transcripts through MYHSSU.
You may request your transcript in the Office of the Registrar, HGA 007. All payments are processed by the Bursar's Office, HGA 018. Please visit the Bursar's page for hours of operation.
You may mail your request and payment for transcripts to:

You may fax your request and online payment confirmation to the Office of the Registrar at (314) 340-3689. Faxed requests require signature verification, to expedite processing you may include a copy of an ID bearing your signature.
No transcript will be issued to or for a student who is indebted to the University until such indebtedness has been paid in full. Upon receipt, the student's academic record will be checked for outstanding holds, which indicate any financial or other obligations to the university.
Transcripts may be released to a third party (with proper identification) only upon written authorization signed by the student.
The cost for transcripts is $4 per copy. Faxed transcripts are $14 per fax.
Fees may be paid by credit card, check, money order or cash in person to the Bursar's Office. Fees for mailed requests may be paid by check, money order or online payment confirmation. Fees for faxed requests must be paid online. All online payments must be resolved prior to processing.
All transcripts will be processed within three business days, given the necessary information has been provided. Expedited processing may be available for transcripts of current or recent attendees (from 1995 to present). All expedited requests must be received by noon for availability after 3:00 p.m. on the same day. Requests for attendees prior to 1995 cannot be expedited for same day receipt, as archive retrieval is required.
