Please be advised the Office of the Bursar will add a billing hold
to all students account registered in spring 2015 with a balance due.
A billing hold indicates an unpaid balance on your student account.
The billing hold will be removed automatically approximately 24 hours after your student account balance is an absolute zero.*
*Billing Holds are not removed when a credit balance exist or when a refund is due to you.
The Office of the Bursar has placed a HOLD on your student account for one of the following reasons:
• Balance due
• Deferred Payments
• Returned Check
• Special Arrangements
• Third Party sponsor has not paid
You may not have access to your official transcript or adding/dropping of courses (contact the Bursar Office for release). **
**Grades, Course and Fee Statements & view of Unofficial Transcripts should not be affected.
